Garnett grew up in small town Saskatchewan and after a career in the trades followed his passion for rehabilitation. Garnett graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy. He has enjoyed practicing in private and public healthcare settings though a lifelong dream of mountain living has led him from the prairies to Canmore.

With a history in personal fitness endeavors such as competitive bodybuilding, Crossfit and powerlifting, Garnett has taken special interest in injury prevention and recovery, focusing on the management of general aches and pains to sport and lifestyle related injuries. In the pursuit of lifelong learning Garnett continues his education in dry needling, manipulative therapy, pain management and geriatric physiotherapy courses. His treatment philosophy involves a holistic approach to recovery, involving hands on, education and exercise based treatment strategies.

Cindy Graff has been a physiotherapist for more than 20 years, and has practiced in a number of orthopedic and heath care environments.

She has worked in a variety of environments focussing on orthopaedic care such as: private practice, community therapy, inpatient/outpatient orthopedics, post- operative care and long-term care. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999, and since that time has continued to pursue and acquire many courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and needling (Canadian Acupuncture Foundation and Gokavi Transverse Technique), concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation taping, athletic training, Myofascial release, core strengthening, running /gait analysis, and rehabilitative exercise. Cindy enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, and working with her clients to reduce and eliminate pain, increase function, improve movement, increase strength, and helping people get back to their personal and professional well-being.

Cindy has always had a love of the outdoors and the water. She grew up around the water, and was a synchronized swimmer, and a water polo player for over 15 years. She has gone to national competitions in these sports and has enjoyed working with athletes at all levels and areas of competition. She moved with her family to Canmore in 2011 to get closer to her the mountains she loves, and all of the activities that come with it. He trained in Australia at the Southern Australia Institute of Technology to obtain his undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy. Lisa has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years and has been lucky enough to practice in Canmore for most of that time. She grew up in Scotland where she earned her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and her Masters degree in Sports Science. Since graduation she has pursued extensive education and has advanced professional qualifications in manual/manipulative therapy and needling procedures (anatomical acupuncture and intramuscular stimulation - IMS). She thoroughly enjoys treating all of the aches, pains and injuries of people in our active town and she particularly loves the challenge of helping people with complex, ‘hard to figure out’ problems. Lisa has a special interest and training in concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ (temporomandibular-jaw) treatment, MVA (motor vehicle accident) injuries, rehabilitative exercise prescription and medical therapeutic yoga. Brenna graduated from the University of Alberta with a MSc. in Physiotherapy (2020) after completing a BSc. in Honours Neuroscience (2017).

Brenna has a special interest in women’s health, chronic pain/pain neuroscience, and knee injuries. She has completed postgraduate training in women’s health and is a certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Her passion for healing grew first from involvement in competitive cross country skiing and the inspiring 1988 Olympians and their team support. As a result, Kate worked for years as sport team therapist for both cross country and biathlon national teams from 1994-2000. She studied a two year Massage Therapy intensive course with the main focus being sports massage, injury recovery and acute rehabilitation.
