Garnett grew up in small town Saskatchewan and after a career in the trades followed his passion for rehabilitation. Garnett graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy. He has enjoyed practicing in private and public healthcare settings though a lifelong dream of mountain living has led him from the prairies to Canmore.
With a history in personal fitness endeavors such as competitive bodybuilding, Crossfit and powerlifting, Garnett has taken special interest in injury prevention and recovery, focusing on the management of general aches and pains to sport and lifestyle related injuries. Cindy Graff has been a physiotherapist for more than 20 years, and has practiced in a number of orthopedic and health care environments.
She has worked in a variety of environments focusing on orthopaedic care such as: private practice, community therapy, inpatient/outpatient orthopedics, post- operative care and long-term care. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999, and since that time has continued to pursue and acquire many courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and needling (Canadian Acupuncture Foundation and Gokavi Transverse Technique), concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation, taping, athletic training, myofascial release, core strengthening, running /gait analysis, and rehabilitative exercise. Lisa has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years and has been lucky enough to practice in Canmore for most of that time. She grew up in Scotland where she earned her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and her Masters degree in Sports Science. Since graduation she has pursued extensive education and has advanced professional qualifications in manual/manipulative therapy and needling procedures (anatomical acupuncture and intramuscular stimulation - IMS). Her passion for healing grew first from involvement in competitive cross country skiing and the inspiring 1988 Olympians and their team support. As a result, Kate worked for years as sport team therapist for both cross country and biathlon national teams from 1994-2000. She studied a two year Massage Therapy intensive course with the main focus being sports massage, injury recovery and acute rehabilitation.
